I will also be putting them in the platform you have later on today. The main ones are no one can see my photos that I upload even if I change folder permissions. When I am selecting to download it is not responding well. When I search for items there are many photos I know exist not coming up.

I'm configuring op-B, and found and issue with Maps. I believe is related wit the type of the $data variable, because when we use .getLatitude() on the geo_position field on asset table it works ok, but doing the same in librarycollection table is not working.

A replacement of a city transformer in the way on the neighbor it was the cause. I think they finally finished.
I checked in pending changes about checkout (now we can click in the table and approve the order, including custom Title and link to go back)

Could make Dropbox work, tried 2 options and both same results "Your Dropbox folder is on a file system that is no longer supported" tried running on the host and then a docker (cleaner than the current maestral app) but at the end is the same, file system not supported.

I believe m45 is the best server to put B sites for those clients, but found that the zpool status mentioned "multiple errors" in one of the drives. Investigated and looks like those should not be that bad, we need to "scrub" the drive, so I started, and looks like is gonna take some time.

Alfred progress today: Wev downloaded 670GB (420GB in one day) I think tweak on config helped and also we probably downloaded some big files since file count it is only 40k more files than yesterday, we have 463K files now (422K yesterday).

Ok switching to the "downloadedstatus" field was not that easy, this is a list field and I was using a boolean, so only 2 statuses required, I changed little bit to have status of "new" "ready" and "complete" to make it work with the different ajaxstatus.
In the middle of that, jenkins decided just start failing, not sure why didn't want to compile, I need to deploy demo manually to get the releases.

Chris, alfred server still slow even the Cluster issue was resolved. I see BakupPC is creating a backup since yesterday (2024-01-10 01:00) So it has 36 hours running, it hasn't finished obviously, last time took around 45 hours to complete. I want to leave it finish since the latest incremental backupp we have is from May'23 so we better let this one finish.

I restarted Alfred and looks like it was working normally but then discovered that the Cluster is not connected, we have a 2-nodes cluster (m37 and m49) and they are not seeing each other.
I tried couple of things, restarting network and interfaces, I believe the one with an issue is m37:

Yesterday I was able to configure a couple of Roundeck (Ansible tool) rutines regarding the SSLs, I realized the Trial Sites rutines are also not working and also I want to review some of the backups, the other day I set up the new agbu backup but looks like it hasnt connected correctly.

Ok did 2 big operations, but, same results
Restored one Backup from middle (It is not really 8 months old, it is from month 8th, I think I was in a mistake), anyways 1 restored first the backuppc, then rsync and no more data recovered, same ammount of corrupted files
Did the same with half od the half, and same resutls, no changes in our counts.

Related CBC, it was a good meeting, he is very close to finish the migration piece by piece, he had adding custom fields, views, collections and he is abut to add assets from Prod to a Dev-Finder instance. I offer again we can do it easily with a plugin but he insist doing it in this way, he feels like he knows and learn better about the DAM doing it this way.
I offer him demoing new Finder functions an looking, I think they need a good Meeting with Chris, We should offer them help organize their Media with all new data structures. He believes middle December he can have some time and it is open to move forward to recent version once is complete stable.

Ok, it is this way:
-The "Push originals" option it was not enabled in the B site (the one it became the Prod server), so any new file uploaded to this node was Synced to the A-site but the original was not sent.
-The 2nd part of the issue is that some how, Assets are being "updated" in the A-site and then synced-back to B site, now B site tries to download the original and fails, the original is not in the A site, but anyways writes the response to the hard drive overwriting the original file.

I was able to reproduce the Sync issue, and I think I found 2 factors make it happen. If you a re avail I can show it to you

Sadly, I think we are not gonna find too much, I searched several random-photos in backuppc and they are not there. Some of the files have "2022" in the filename I was expecting some of those will appear, but that does not necessarily means they were uploaded on 2022.
I still can't identify a common thing in missing files, they are very random paths and very different upload dates.

Next thing I'm doing is: gonna backup Old Site assets, restore from Backuppc there and see if we can recover some more.

I have bad news, after Rsync in AGBU we still have 6589 corrupted files (only 100 files were restored from old site)

OK, about AGBU what I discovered Friday (and did some little research on Saturday) there are like 20 assets that are 132kb original size and modification date is 1970. Hard to track why this happen but I found that last week Rundek (Ansible-docker) failed to propagate certificates in some machines, one of those is m38, that hosts Agbu-B (it is old Agbu-a really but we switched them), I was looking the original assets there but they are not in the B site, Sync failed since the SSL Cert not propagated.
Then, I restarted Rundek docker because it was not responding and now I can't put it back on line, I manually moved the Certs to m38 but I'm still trying to restore Rundek.
About the Agbu corrupted files not sure what to do, I also reviewed the Backupp machine and I dont see them there.

About PRN issue, I think conversion command is not waiting the timeout setting we have for PDF files (I increased it a lot for test), no matter what, the command fails after 2 seconds, I ran the command manually and takes about 9 seconds to complete (inside docker, entermedia user)

How do I do this? I can’t download the whole folder, but is there a way besides downloading each individual picture and uploading them to Entermedia?
Thought I’d pick your brain on this request. We’ve often wondered if images can be pulled into Entermedia from other cloud storage solutions such as Google folders, DropBox, Sharepoint, or services like the example below.

Ok, couple of layout fixes, css and adjustements and EM Portal works ok. Also disabled Tickets menu, I still need to add the Banner we talk about yesterday to tell user to Message in the chat and then create a ticket.

Meet with PRN, I'm going to clear out most of the CSV backups, they dont really need them, and I told them about the Archiving feature, he say it maybe possible for assets older than 2021, so I told him we are going to review their current structure and come with a suggestion for them. As third option they want to know how the compression could work for them and what will be necessary, and update I guess.

Checked in, small css & layout issues I see during the Meeting yesterday.
The category tree reloading I need to find a way to only reload the right side, I ended up reloading application layer because the Upload button on the header needs to know the category. I can think in another solution.
The other missing things are the ones I marked as "Nice to AHve" in my notes, we can talk later to see what we are doing for those.
